Carrots
We deliver the classic orange carrot from July to April and offer baby, gourmet, standard and fodder carrots in packages from 100 gm to 1100 kg in big bags. We are exporting to countries all over Europe.
Parsnips
Parsnips are our second largest crop and the season currently runs from August to March. Outside the Danish season we import high quality parsnips from recognised partners.
Hamburg parsley
Like parsnip, Hamburg parsley has become an enormously popular ingredient in the modern Nordic kitchen.
Hamburg parsley has advanced from the minor role of taste additive in soups, stock and stews to playing the lead or an important supporting role on the Danish restaurant scene.
Beetroot
Beetroot has seen a new renaissance over the last decade and it is now used for much else besides the traditional pickling. The natural sweetness of beetroot makes it an excellent ingredient in salads, oven-baked root vegetable mixes, relish and vegetable juice.
