Hamburg parsley

Also called parsley root, Hamburg parsley has a mild taste with a parsley aroma when cooking.

Like parsnips, they’re excellent in a large number of interesting and nourishing dishes such as:

Mashed with potatoes and carrots

In mince loaves, pork and veal rissoles
